Blog Bundle

I zipped all the bits and pieces of this blog setup into a bundle and uploaded it as blogsimple.zipΔ. It is meant to be an experimental release, and i am not sure how much it will be maintained, since pmwiki will deliver new blog tools, for a better blog bundle yet to come.
